We have now started the second semester, and I can not stress the importance for students to get off to a strong start. If students are struggling and need some assistance, we have tutoring offered after school Tuesday - Thursday from 3:20 - 4:30.

Mrs. Marsh - Behavioral Counselor help students work through tough situations ranging from stress, depression, anxiety, or just a neutral party to listen and provide skills to be successful.
Mrs. Thomas - Dean of Students investigating discipline issues, lead restorative circles, and class competitions.
Ms. Sexton - School Success help students meet basic needs, bridge outside agencies to students and families in need.
Mrs. VanKoningsveld - Academic Counselor, plan long term for students academically,
Mrs. Cordes - College and Career Navigator plan college representatives visits to the school, organize various activities for students.
Mr. Lightner - ACC Dual Enrollment/CTE Liaison help students that are dual-enrolled navigate resources available to ACC students and help in advising students

Report Cards/NWEA Results We will be mailing out the report card and NWEA results by the middle of next week. There will be a print out to explain how to read the scores and what they mean.
Students in the past that have failed classes were enrolled in Plato courses for credit recovery. After looking more into the program and other similar programs, we have decided that Plato is not offering students the best chance for success. For the majority of credit recovery, we will be using Aventa/Fuel or MVU.
