We are wrapping up our spring benchmarking assessments, along with MSTEP tests for our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students. These results will be used to ensure we are finishing the year on a solid note and covering key topics in our classes.
Planning for our summer school program is underway and calls are being made to families to determine who will be here. This program will run from August 2 - August 19; Monday through Thursday each week. It will be from 8:00a - 12:00p, transportation and food will be provided during this time.
As the weather gets warmer and the end of the year is coming, it is easy for students to get distracted and focus more on summer plans than classwork. It is important during this stretch to remind students of our ROAR expectations and to show them each day.
Within the school, we are still following health and safety protocol to keep everyone safe. Washing hands, sanitizing supplies, and wearing masks are key steps for this.
