Seniors, we have had a lot of questions about scholarships. As of right now, scholarship deadlines are backed up until after we come back to school. Do not bring them in on Monday. Monday is to be used to clean out your lockers of anything you need.

The elementary and middle/high school building will be open on Monday from 7:30 am to 4 pm for students and families. This time will be used to pick up clothes or materials left at school due to the unexpected closure. The district will also have backpacks for the elementary backpack food program available. The middle/high school food pantry will be open for families as well. The district is working on a plan to assist families with food service over the course of the closure. We will pass along more information when available.

Unconfirmed Exposure  The district has been informed that two adults that were on campus over the past week came in contact with Utah Jazz and Detroit Pistons players at Saturday's game.  It was announced that on Wednesday, two Jazz players tested positive for COVID-19.  According to local health officials and the CDC, the risk is very low for the spread of the disease from this type of contact.  I want to reinforce that there is not a confirmed case from the adults who attended the basketball game, nor are they showing symptoms.  The case is a sobering reminder as to how easy it is to come in contact with others who have traveled and unknowingly were exposed to the disease.  The district will be taking steps to demonstrate the seriousness of the school closure issued last night to protect students, families, and staff.  If there are updates regarding this situation, they will be passed along.
