As we start thinking about next school year, remember students that need to carry emergency medications must have form 5330 F1c completed and filed with the school. Other medications that students need to take at school must be given to the office/nurse and form 5330 F1a (middle/high school) or 5330 F1b (elementary school) must be completed. Forms can be turned into the office this summer or when school starts.
