The Michigan Science Teachers Association Board announce that Mr. Timothy Lee has been selected as the “2023 Administrator of the Year". Mr. Lee was chosen for using and modeling best practices, inspiring our students, demonstrating innovative teaching strategies, being an excellent role model for students and other teachers, demonstrating leadership, and exhibiting a passion for science and teaching. Awardees will be honored at an Awards Ceremony during the MSTA 70th Annual Conference in March 2023. The Alcona County Library is holding a Teen Craft activity at Alcona MS/HS on Tuesday, December 13. The event is open to all students in grades 6-12. All supplies are provided!


Friday, Dec 9th, the elementary is celebrating with popsicle day (25 cents) and Holiday Head Gear Day!



The high school office is restocked with maple syrup from our very own Alcona FFA. Stop in an get a bottle or two for Christmas morning. Supplies are limited.
