Congratulations to Ms. Keturah Dellar and Cona for being selected as our Tigers of the Month! Ms. Dellar is a dedicated kindergarten teacher that goes above and beyond to support our youngest Tigers. She helps our students start their K-12 career at ACS in the most positive and successful way! She holds herself and students to high standards and ensures goals are met. Cona is our therapy dog at Alcona Elementary. He is a reminder of the incredible impact a friendly smile, kind heart, and an upbeat attitude can have on the world. Unfortunately, a scheduled repair of 60-plus-year-old broken piping under the middle/high has not gone as expected. The district must bring in additional experts and cannot finish the work until late in the first week of January. Due to not having running water, school is closed the entire first week of January. We hope to resume school on the 8th. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
