Student invited staff from Alcona Heath Center to propose a partnership in order to help remove invasive Autumn Olive and the replanting of native plant species on AHC property. Students have been working with Huron Pines on our school forest to accomplish this task and identified a need on this neighboring property. These student stewards are working to foster community relationships and restore natural resources. Way to go Mrs. Neuenfeldt's class!
